Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only under the following circumstances:

• Incorrect item received

• Product received in damaged condition

• Manufacturing defect found in the product

To initiate a return request, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photographs or videos showing the issue.

Non-Returnable Products

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Customized or made-to-order products

• Products purchased during sale, clearance, or promotional offers

• Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery

• Products returned without original tags, labels, or packaging

Refund Process

After the returned item is received and inspected, the refund request will be reviewed.

Approved Refunds

• Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.

• The refund amount will be credited to the original payment method or to the bank account provided by the customer.

Rejected Refunds

If the returned item does not meet the return eligibility criteria, the refund request may be declined.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are available for:

• Size-related concerns (subject to stock availability)

• Defective or damaged products

Exchange requests must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving the order.

Order Cancellation

• Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement.

• Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.

• Customized or made-to-order products cannot be cancelled once production has commenced.

Shipping Charges

• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

• Return shipping costs may be the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to an error or defect attributable to Reeshaya Clothing.
